Single and multi-component injection moulding

The experience and know-how in the multi-component injection moulding process make us the partner for this demanding technology with regard to the design and function of plastic parts. In addition to standard 1-component injection moulding, the 2- and 3-component process opens up production possibilities for special customer requirements.

At its five locations, EHLEBRACHT Plastics Technology has a total of 150 injection moulding machines with clamping forces from 20 to 1300 tonnes and shot weights from 0.5 to 5800 grams.

We continuously optimise production processes and results through intelligent automation, assembly procedures and innovative technologies. We carry out finishing processes such as mirror welding, ultrasonic welding, printing techniques as well as metallisation and painting internally or with established network partners.

Assembly of components

EHLEBRACHT Plastics Technology offers holistic solutions for technical and visually demanding plastic parts as well as system solutions. We work with a broad spectrum of competencies in a process-oriented manner for your success.

From the initial product idea to series production: we always keep an eye on the efficiency of the cost-benefit ratio – also in the area of system and component assembly. Our customers benefit from comprehensive functionality and quality testing of their plastic products.

Surface finishing

Refinement processes and surface treatments such as mirror welding, ultrasonic welding, various printing techniques as well as metallisation and painting optimise plastic parts and components and give them a perfect finish.

Project management & co. development

Starting with your idea, we think holistically all the way to safe and on-time series production. Toolmaking and devices

In the design and manufacture of tools as well as in the development of customised fixtures and handling solutions, EHLEBRACHT Plastics Technology is a strong partner. An additional service and part of the service offer is maintenance and tool modification for the manufacturing area.

Successfully introduced mould technologies include stack and tandem moulds, multi-component technology (2K, 3K), overmoulding and multicomponent.

Distribution logistics

In addition to taking over the complete product process, we are also responsible for the distribution of products. In doing so, we rely on proven logistics processes and thus ensure a smooth delivery process and the shortest possible supply chain.

The production of plastic parts in a clean production environment with a constant room climate fulfils the highest demands on hygiene. Our plastic parts manufactured in the clean room are used in a wide variety of industries:

In addition to injection moulding and packaging of plastic products in the clean room, assemblies can also be assembled there on request.
